Evaluating the value of acreage and homes on acreage can be somewhat difficult. Appraisals can be helpful however they are another opinion of value based on other sold properties. The more unique the property the more difficult determining the properties worth can be. At the end of the day estimating the market value of a property is just that an estimate.
